2024 NOAA marine mammal thresholds and curves

v2.4.20 is released! Get it from the download page
This version includes the 2024 NOAA marine mammal thresholds and curves. We have also retained previous thresholds and curves, so you can continue to support projects based on those.
Alongside these new curves, there are a number of updates and improvements
- added TLS v1.3 support
- improved feedback when the graphics device doesn't support the required OpenGL version
- and a bunch of fixes for minor bugs
